The Contrail National Radar Rainfall Display (NRDD) is a web application that requires that uses JavaScript to enhance navigation and provide interactive pages.
JavaScript is a basic scripting language that allows Web authors to create dynamic pages that react to user interaction. JavaScript is a "safe" programming language, one that cannot access any system controls or hardware on a user's computer.
Just ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Please follow these directions to enable your browser.

Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
Select the Security Tab and click the "Custom Level..." Button.
Then scroll down to the section called "Scripting" and check the "Enable" category.
